2. Identify the people interested in what you love to do.  Where do they spend their time online and off. 
3. Test hour ideas for profitability. Are people able and willing to pay for your services. 
4. Go to where these people hang out and tell them about your idea and potential service.
5. Build the workshop, service and/or product around your idea.
6. Tell people about the date, time and location of your workshop.
7. Finally, share your knowledge and add value to someone's life.
